Yes — for a formal estimate, we need to see the space in person. That said, for small projects or if you want a rough ballpark first, good photos and measurements can often get us close enough to tell you whether it's worth booking a site visit.
Yes. Let us know the tile format, quantity, and location (floor/walls/shower), and we can provide a labour-only quote. We'll want to confirm the tile is appropriate for the application (e.g., slip rating for a shower floor) during the site visit.
We're typically booked 4–8 weeks out, depending on the season. Spring and early summer are our busiest periods. If you're planning a summer project, reach out in March or April. We can sometimes accommodate urgent requests — ask.
Small repairs on our own past work: yes. Single-tile repairs for new clients are generally not in our service model — the economics rarely make sense for the homeowner or for us. However, if you suspect a waterproofing failure behind a small issue, we're happy to assess it as part of a broader conversation about the shower.
