Ottawa Bath and Tile was founded in 2014 by a tile installer who had spent years working as a subcontractor for larger renovation companies — and kept seeing the same mistakes. Waterproofing skipped. Grout in corners that should have been silicone. Drywall used in wet areas. Tile set without proper coverage.
The solution wasn't complicated: do the prep work, use the right materials, and explain to clients why it matters. Homeowners who understand the process make better decisions, and projects go better when everyone's on the same page.
We started with one crew doing showers in Ottawa and Orleans. We've grown by referral, one bathroom at a time, and we've never taken on more work than we can do well.
